Developmental Services & Community Support

At HopeStart, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful life filled with connection, purpose, growth, and belonging.

Our Developmental Services Program provides individualized, community-based supports for adults living with developmental exceptionalities, intellectual disabilities, dual diagnosis, autism, and other unique support needs. Services are designed to build independence, strengthen life skills, promote emotional wellness, and support participation in community life.

Support is tailored to each individual's goals, strengths, interests, and learning style. Whether the focus is building daily living skills, developing social confidence, accessing community programs, preparing for employment, or increasing independence at home, our team works collaboratively with individuals and families to create a plan that is practical, achievable, and meaningful.

Many of our services may be eligible for funding through Passport funding administered through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO).
