Using this website

This website does not collect form submissions, payments or clinical records. The therapy-preferences tool keeps your choices in the current page’s memory; it does not submit them or save them after you leave. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics.

Hosting services may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Some photographs and fonts load from external providers, which receive the requests needed to display them.

General inquiries

All general inquiries use info@hopestart.ca. Begin with a safe way to contact you and the service you are asking about. Information you choose to share is used to respond and discuss the appropriate next step. Email uses a separate communication service and is not a clinical intake or secure-records pathway.

Please do not send clinical histories, diagnoses, therapy notes, health records, identification numbers, financial documents, passwords or confidential client files through ordinary email. Do not send sensitive records with a privacy request; ask how to provide them securely.

One brand, separate service responsibilities

HopeStart Mental Health Inc. and Hope Start Foundation are distinct legal operating entities using the HopeStart brand. A shared inquiry address does not combine their contracts, financial arrangements or records, or authorize sharing clinical information between services.

Digital solutions is a service label used by HopeStart Mental Health Inc. for project work. Digital-project inquiries have their own scope and information-handling arrangements and do not authorize access to therapy records.
