Employment-Focused Therapy

Employment can be a significant source of purpose, stability, confidence, and connection—but it can also present challenges that impact mental health and overall well-being. Employment-Focused Therapy is designed to help individuals identify and overcome personal barriers that may be affecting their ability to obtain, maintain, or successfully navigate employment.
